We run small-group wilderness expeditions to places like Iceland and Bhutan, monthly and quarterly community calls, and live facilitated sessions called The Council. The core belief: real clarity happens in the field, not in a conference room.

Mike Brcic is the founder of Wayfinders, an entrepreneur, coach, speaker, and experiential guide with decades of experience leading expeditions to remote places including Greenland, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, and the Amazon. He founded Wayfinders after his own midlife reinvention, building the community he couldn't find anywhere else. He doesn't claim to have figured it out. He creates the conditions for others to find their own way.
