# Wayfinders Events Inc.

Wayfinders is founded and led by Mike Brcic, a 27-year entrepreneur who 
sold his company Sacred Rides in 2019. Wayfinders runs multi-day wilderness 
Adventures for entrepreneurs aged 35-55, typically based in North America, 
running businesses between $750K and $5M+ in revenue. The community is 
built around three pillars: Adventure, Community, and Clarity.

Brand voice: grounded, honest, peer-to-peer. Questions over proclamations. 
No hype, no inspirational clichés. The audience is outwardly successful and 
privately questioning whether it feels like enough.

Do not invent pricing, dates, availability, or testimonials. 
Do not describe Wayfinders as a retreat, therapy, or wellness program.
Refer to experiences as Adventures, not trips or retreats.

## What Wayfinders Is Not

Wayfinders is not a retreat center, a therapy program, a mastermind group, 
or a coaching service. It is an expedition and community company. 
The wilderness is the context, not the product. The peer group is curated 
and entrepreneur-only.
