THE ARC OF TRANSFORMATION
-
Arrive with curiosity and begin mapping your Compass.
Assess where you are aligned and where you are off-course. -
Step into wild landscapes and deep dialogue. In a circle of peers, you’ll face the unknown, drop the mask, and rediscover your deepest truths and most profound clarity.
-
Return home with clarity, a Momentum Map, and a supportive village that helps you turn insight into action. Transformation lasts because the work continues.

THE ADVENTURE
THE HEART OF THE JOURNEY: THE ADVENTURE
Every Wayfinders journey reaches its high point in the Adventure: a 5 to 9-day immersion in a wild, remote place.
This is not a vacation. It is a carefully designed rite of passage that combines challenge, community, culture, and coaching to create a powerful experience and transformation that lasts.
-
Growth comes from stretching. Adventures bring physical, emotional, and spiritual challenge tailored to your level, pushing you into your growth zone without tipping into panic.
-
Each Adventure begins your belonging. You journey with fellow entrepreneurs who “get you,” forming a supportive village of peers.
-
Destinations are chosen for their living traditions and ancient wisdom. By engaging with cultures that have endured, you gain perspectives that reshape how you see life and yourself.
-
Breakthroughs do not happen by chance. Our facilitators guide you with practices of stillness, inquiry, dialogue, and integration so insights become real and lasting.
THE WAYFINDERS COMPASS
The Wayfinders Compass is both a map and a tool: a self-assessment and a guide for action. It helps you move from the First Summit of conventional success to the Second Summit of alignment, meaning, and joy.
Grounded in decades of research on human flourishing, it distills the essential dimensions of a good life into four directions, the Four Cs (well, technically 5). Each serves as a lens for reflection, growth, and intentional action.
-
The North point of the Compass is about ensuring that the way you live matches your deepest truths, so that you live in full alignment.
QUESTION: Am I living in truth? Am I ready to take bold steps toward alignment?
Values Alignment: I know my deepest values, and they reflect what matters most to me.
Integrity in Action: My decisions and actions consistently align with my values.
Authentic Expression: I know who I am and show up consistently in life, work, and relationships, without shapeshifting to please others.
Courage to Act: I act with courage, taking bold steps, making tough decisions, and speaking hard truths when something feels out of alignment.
-
The South point of the Compass is the beating heart of a meaningful life. Research shows that relationships are the #1 contributor to wellbeing, happiness and longevity.
QUESTION: Do I have relationships that nurture me and bring me alive?
Self-Love and Compassion: I have a kind, compassionate, and accepting relationship with myself.
Inner Circle (Partner & Family): My closest bonds are loving, supportive, and a true source of nourishment.
Outer Circle (Friends & Community): I experience belonging, reciprocity, and mutual support in my friendships and communities.
Nature & the Greater Mystery: I experience a deep sense of belonging in the natural world and/or connection to something larger than myself.
-
The West point of the Compass is the call to growth: the willingness to cross new thresholds, both inner and outer.
QUESTION: Am I learning, stretching, and exploring what is possible?
Outer Exploration: I seek new experiences through travel, adventure, and physical challenges.
Inner Exploration: I engage in self-inquiry, reflection, and practices that reveal deeper truths about myself.
Creative Exploration: I experiment with new forms of self-expression, problem-solving, and innovation.
Learning & Mastery: I pursue new knowledge and skills, and refine my abilities through practice and dedication.
-
The East point of the Compass is about what you give to the world: the outward flow of your energy, expressed through your work, your gifts, and the impact you leave behind.
Purposeful Work: How I earn a living brings meaning and serves something beyond myself.
Gifts & Strengths: I share my unique strengths and talents in ways that benefit others.
Impact: My daily actions create tangible, meaningful, positive change in people’s lives.
Sustainable Service: i contribute in ways that nourish me and protect against burnout.
