YOUR SECOND MOUNTAIN AWAITS

transformative ADVENTURES FOR ENTREPRENEURS in SPECTACULAR places

Success can be lonely… and pretending it’s enough is exhausting.

At Wayfinders, you’ll find a community of soulful founders redefining success, reclaiming joy, and building authentic and fulfilling lives.

what we do

This this isn’t just about travel.

This is about transformation: becoming the most alive, aligned, and courageous version of yourself, alongside peers who truly see you.

Our events are part adventure, part soul quest, designed to strip away what no longer serves and create space for something real, true, and lasting.

We guide founders and entrepreneurs through curated, life-altering experiences in some of the most wild, remote, and sacred places on Earth.

  • Deep clarity about who you are and what matters most.

  • A community of peers who truly see and support you.

  • The courage to live your next chapter fully… and a map to get there.

This isn’t for everyone.

That’s the point.

If something in you knows it's time for a deeper, more aligned and connected life, we invite you to apply.

*Before applying, we recommend reading about Our Approach to get an understanding of what makes Wayfinders so unique.

A diagram showing three arrows originating from a yellow circle labeled 'NOW'. The black arrow points straight to the right labeled 'THE FUTURE'. The green arrow curves upward and to the right, indicating growth. The red arrow curves downward and to the right, indicating decline.

We believe your future is not fixed… it’s a choice. Too often, entrepreneurs who’ve “made it” still feel empty, disconnected, or adrift. They wake up to realize they’re living someone else’s idea of success. The future looks like the red line.

Our approach is designed to shift your trajectory upward (green line), toward a more alive, aligned, and fulfilling life.

When you step into the unknown with us, you discover not just adventure and an incredible community of peers, but a future that feels true, vibrant, and deeply connected.

Is Wayfinders Right for You?

Here are answers to the most common questions entrepreneurs ask before they apply.

  • Our unique ACT model sets us apart:

    • Adventure: immersive journeys in spectacular places.

    • Community: curated groups of extraordinary peers who truly see you.

    • Transformation: frameworks and facilitation that create lasting impact.

Most travel programs focus on experiences. We design experiences that change lives.

  • Wayfinders Adventures are designed for successful, experienced entrepreneurs seeking deeper alignment, authentic community, and transformative global experiences.

  • Many of our Adventures include long hikes, sustained outdoor activity, and time in remote terrain. Please review the Challenge Level rating for each Adventure to ensure it aligns with your current capacity and desired stretch.

If you aren’t comfortable being physically active for multiple hours per day, Wayfinders is probably not the right fit.

  • We stay in a mix of authentic and inspiring settings: from luxury lodges and boutique guesthouses to tented camps and village homestays.

Each Adventure has an ‘Off-the-Map Factor’ rating that shows how rustic or comfortable the accommodations will be. The heart of the experience is always in the landscapes and connections, not just the lodging.

  • Wayfinders Adventures are most definitely not a vacation. If you’re looking for rest, relaxation, or a chance to escape from everyday life, this is not the right place.

Wayfinders is about leaning in, not checking out. Our Adventures are designed as expeditions of the inner and outer world: journeys that blend bold challenge, meaningful community, and deep reflection.

They ask you to show up fully, to stretch beyond comfort, and to discover parts of yourself that vacations can’t reach.

This is not about distraction or indulgence. It’s about transformation, alignment, and returning home with a clearer sense of who you are and the life you want to live - and a community to help you get there.

  • Every group is a carefully curated circle of entrepreneurs and leaders. Participants are accomplished, open-minded, and committed to growth.

The curation process ensures that the community is one of the most powerful parts of the experience. Many participants build friendships that last long after the Adventure ends.

  • Most Adventures range from $9,995 to $12,995 USD plus airfare. Many participants view this as a professional development investment and are able to write it off as a business expense.

The real return is the clarity, relationships, and transformation that ripple through every part of your life.

Most participants report a direct financial return on their investment: from the relationships made and the clarity and confidence they gain.

  • You can still apply. Many participants secure a spot on a future Adventure, and applying now helps us get to know you and keep you in the loop. We encourage you to apply even if your preferred dates are further out.

  • Yes. Many alumni return for multiple Adventures - our return rate is over 75%!

Each journey is unique, and the combination of new landscapes, challenges, and people keeps the experience fresh and deeply rewarding. This is not a one-time trip. It is an ongoing path of adventure, community, and transformation.

These stories are proof that Adventure, Community, and Transformation create something far more powerful than any one of them alone.
