Default rooming at this event is 2/cabin, however, you can also pay a single cabin upgrade fee of $3500 USD to get your own cabin (there are only 4 available).
NOTE: Wayfinders: Great Bear Rainforest is, for the most part, a 'put away your wallet' event.
This is included:

3 nights of lodging at Tweedsmuir Park Lodge
All meals, starting with lunch on Thursday and ending with breakfast on Sunday
Wine and other drinks with dinner
All transfers
All activities and gear
Snacks and drinks for activities
4 days of magical experiences and magical connections
You’ll need to pay for:
Your return flight from home to Vancouver
A hotel in Vancouver if you arrive early
Your bar tab during the event^
^sorry, open bars encourage heavy drinking and hangovers, and that’s not what we’re here for. Wine and other drinks are included with dinner, though!
Who will be at Wayfinders: GBR?
Wayfinders is for bold, adventurous entrepreneurs who consistently invest in themselves, their knowledge and their networks - and like to have a ton of fun and challenge themselves while doing it. Our typical Explorer is an entrepreneur aged 35-55, North America-based, and leading a company in the $750K to $5M annual revenue range.
What are the adventure activities? What sort of experience do I need?
Wayfinders: GBR will feature a multitude of incredible land and water-based outdoor activities, including mountain treks, wildlife viewing, river floats or fishing, and other activities (that will remain a surprise!)
No experience is required, although reasonable physical fitness and a willingness to take on challenges are a prerequisite. For all activities, we will be splitting up according to skill level - from mild to wild - so you can participate at the level you want to participate at.
All activities are optional - if you feel like ducking out of a particular activity and chilling at the resort, you're welcome to do so.
What does the schedule look like?
A typical day will look like this:
Breakfast at 7 am
Outdoor adventures start at 8 am
Return to the lodge by 2:00 pm
Reflection, exercises and group dialogues from 2:30 to 4:30 pm
Chill time from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Group dinner at 6:30 pm
Evening activities at 8:30 pm
9:30 pm onwards: drinks and shenanigans
Where do we meet up, and when?
Our meeting point will be Vancouver airport on June 26, 2025 - you need to get there by 10:30 am in order to catch our group flight to Bella Coola at 12:00 pm.
We’ll return to Vancouver airport by 11:45 am on Sunday, so that the east-coasters can get home at a reasonable hour. If there are enough people who aren’t in a rush to get back to Vancouver, we will schedule a later flight out of Bella Coola to give you more time at the lodge.
How does the learning and connecting component work?
Through the nature of spending 4 days in a beautiful environment, relaxing and pushing yourself with other inspiring entrepreneurs, you will naturally connect with and learn from each other. We like to take it a step further and apply a healthy dose of curation and structure to the learning and connecting component of your Wayfinders experience.
The adventures typically conclude every day around 1:30/2:00 pm, leaving us the afternoons and evenings for facilitating the magic that happens when you connect incredible people with each other.
Some of the things you can expect during the learning and connecting components of a Wayfinders experience:
Small-group forums with your peers, where you can discuss the challenges you’re facing (either in business or outside of your company) and provide feedback to others
Facilitated workshops to help you get clarity and deeper alignment on life and business.
Small-group dialogues on a variety of inspiring and important topics (you will be placed in several smaller groups, from 2 to 4 people, and will have multiple opportunities to connect within these groups)
What's the rooming arrangement?
Lodging is at the beautiful Tweedsmuir Park Lodge. The default arrangement is 2/cabin, however, there are 4 single room upgrades available at a cost of $3500 USD.
NOTE: We will have this beautiful resort all to ourselves!
What do I need to bring?
You will be provided with a detailed packing list 4 weeks prior to the event, and a final weather-dependent list just prior to the event.
What if I have to cancel?
Once you’re booked, you’re booked, and no refunds are available (we want people who are fully committed to the event and the community, and aren’t going to let ‘busyness’ get in the way of a life-transforming experience). Things happen, of course, so for that reason, we strongly recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Although we cannot offer a refund, if we can find someone to take your spot (which is likely - demand tends to far exceed supply) then you can get a full refund.
Can I bring a partner/kids?
Because of the limited rooming available at our lodges, we will have no availability on Wayfinders: GBR for partners and kids. If you are interested in bringing your partner and/or kids, please let us know and we’ll put you on a list for when we run a family event.
How do I sign up?
Click on the link below to reserve your spot for Wayfinders: Great Bear Rainforest. If you’re new to Wayfinders, you’ll be asked to schedule a short interview to ensure you’re a good fit for Wayfinders and we’re a good fit for what you’re looking for. During that interview, if either of us decide that it’s not a good fit, you’ll get all of your money back.
If we decide it’s a good fit, then we’ll welcome you to the Wayfinders community and enter you into our onboarding process so you can start getting value right away!
