Get Travel Insurance

Travel medical insurance is mandatory for all Wayfinders experiences.

You may have coverage through your credit card or other source, however you need to ensure that it covers you for:

a) evacuation, in case of injury or illness in a remote location

b) the destination you’ll be traveling to

c) COVID-related illness

We also strongly recommend you get trip cancellation and interruption insurance, in case you get hurt before or during your trip and have to cancel.

US CITIZENS

CANADIANS

HeyMondo offers the best COVID-covered trip cancellation insurance for Canadians. Their coverage will give you up to $7000 USD in trip cancellation coverage, and also include trip interruption and travel medical coverage, at a very affordable rate.

TOPPING UP

Since your Wayfinders event cost is more than the Heymondo coverage amount of $7000 USD, if you want to cover the full amount including your flights*, you should top up your HeyMondo coverage with an additional WorldNomads policy (to get an additional $5000 CAD).
