Wayfinders EGYPT: 2026

A Pilgrimage into the Heart of the Sinai

FEB. 28-Mar. 8, 2026

A Journey Through Time and Silence

From the edge of the Red Sea to Egypt’s highest peak, Mt. St. Catherine, we’ll walk in the footsteps of prophets, mystics, and desert nomads.

Guided by Bedouin elders and their camels, we’ll traverse the ancient Sinai Trail, one of the oldest pilgrimage routes on earth.

This isn’t a sightseeing trip.
It’s not a mastermind or a luxury retreat.

It’s a pilgrimage.

A sacred journey through outer wilderness to remember your inner wildness.
A crossing: from achievement to alignment, performance to presence, strategy to soul.

What Makes This Experience Different

You’ll Live the Questions, Not Just Hear the Answers

This isn’t about frameworks or fixing you. It’s about stripping back everything that isn’t you, until what remains is true, raw, and ready.

You’ll Be Held by the Land and Its People

The Sinai is sacred to Judaism, Christianity, and Islam for a reason. It reveals. It humbles. It awakens. Bedouin guides will lead us in the old ways.

No distractions, no performance, just presence and peace.

You’ll Step Out of Time

Nine days off-grid. No phones. No email. Just you and your fellow pilgrims: entrepreneurs walking the path toward deeper alignment and greater fulfilment.

For centuries, pilgrims, prophets, and wanderers have walked these paths, following the same rugged terrain we will now traverse.

The Journey: What to Expect

Red Sea preparation and integration

We begin (and end) at a spectacular Red Sea eco-resort, allowing time to land, decompress, and connect with the group before we begin the journey into the interior.

Desert Pilgrimage

Trek across the Sinai with local Bedouins and their camels. Camp under the stars. Cook over open fire. Live in rhythm with the land. Each day will include personal reflection, group connection, and silence.

The Ascent

We conclude the pilgrimage by summiting Mt. St. Catherine, the highest mountain in Egypt. This is not just a physical ascent, but a symbolic one: a return to clarity, alignment, and deep knowing.

Our journey in Egypt is demanding - over 50 kilometres of hiking and more than 5,000 feet of vertical gain - but the rewards are immeasurable.

This Is For You If...

✅ You’re an experienced entrepreneur/founder

✅ You’re seeking clarity, direction, or a deeper connection to purpose

✅ You’re craving real connection with others who understand your path

✅ You’re ready to let go of outdated identities and step into what’s next

✅ You’re open to sacred spaces, honest community, and full presence

YOU MIGHT NOT BE READY IF…

❌ You’re looking for a luxury retreat with all the familiar comforts of home

❌ You want quick answers, not deep questions

❌ You’re more focused on networking than on personal transformation

❌ You’re not open to silence, stillness, or being off-grid

❌ You prefer to stay in control rather than let the experience shape you

❌ You’re not willing to challenge your current identity or worldview

This journey will stretch you.
It asks for your full presence.
It invites you to let go of certainty, and walk into the unknown.

If you’re ready for that, we’re ready for you.

What You’ll COME HOME With

This is not a vacation. It is a transformation.

When you leave the Sinai, you will not be the same person who arrived.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A deep reconnection to yourself: the you beneath the roles, goals, and expectations

  • A sense of purpose rooted in the sacred, not the performative

  • Clarity about what matters most, and what is ready to be released

  • A rare circle of real, brave humans who truly see you

  • A reawakened vitality that no hack or high-performance system can offer

  • A memory of how it feels to live in rhythm with something greater than yourself

This is not a temporary high.

It’s the beginning of a new way of living.

Important Details and FAQ

  • You can, and should! Attending Wayfinders Mongolia will have numerous positive impacts on your business.

We label our Receipts ‘Executive Coaching Retreat’ to make them a little more accountant/CRA/IRS-friendly.

  • Your spot on Wayfinders Arabia includes:

    • 9 days of epic adventure, connection and transformation in Egypt

    • 3 nights of lodging at a spectacular eco-resort on the Red Sea (that we’ve booked for exclusive use)

    • 5 nights of lodging in comfortable tents and Bedouin gardens

    • All meals

    • All transportation during the Adventure

    • 2 skilled, experienced facilitators

    • Large support staff

  • A moderate level of fitness is required. Camels are available if needed, but there will be sections that camels cannot pass which you will have to traverse on foot.

You should be able to hike for 12-15 km/day (7 to 9 miles/day) at a moderate pace.

  • Our first meetup will be dinner in Sharm-El-Sheikh at 6:00 pm on Feb. 27, 2026 (the Adventure starts the next morning). The event officially gets under way the next morning.

We suggest spending a couple of days in Cairo before the event (we are hosting a special Cairo day for all Plus-level members) and then flying to Sharm-El-Sheikh on Feb. 27.

After the Adventure, we will be ending in Sharm-el-Sheikh, Egypt at approximately 3 pm on Mar. 8, 2026.

We are working on a Red Sea cruise option to extend the experience, which will start that afternoon. Alternatively, you can fly home from Sharm-el-Sheikh as early as 5 pm on Mar. 8 (there are multiple daily flights to Europe).

  • Basic level includes shared rooming (2/room) at our resort on the Red Sea, and shared tents during the adventure (2/tent).

Plus and Premium level include single rooming at our hotel and single tents during the adventure.

  • You will be provided with a detailed packing list 8 weeks prior to the event, and a final weather-dependent list just prior to the event (expect warm, sunny days with highs in the low 20s Celsius, and cool nights with lows in the 12 to 14 range. The weather is perfect at this time of year!

  • Once you’re booked, you’re booked, and no refunds are available (we want people who are fully committed to the event and the community, and aren’t going to let ‘busyness’ get in the way of a life-transforming experience). Things happen, of course, so for that reason, we strongly recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Although we cannot offer a refund, if we can find someone to take your spot then you can get a full credit toward a future adventure.

  • Being offline and fully present with each other is one of the highlights of the experience.

There will be connectivity on Feb. 27/28, and again on March 06-08. In between we will be offgrid, although we will have a satellite phone in case of emergency.

  • That’s a valid concern! We will be in a remote area, far from ‘civilization’ for most of our time in Egypt

Rest assured that we have safety and emergency protocols in place for all scenarios.

The facilitators are both trained in Wilderness First Aid, as are many of the guide team, and extensive emergency evacuation protocols are in place.
