Participants in the Wayfinders VIP group and Patagonia experience will be a mix of existing Wayfinders members and new members - all established entrepreneurs. Membership will be carefully curated by Mike. The minimum annual revenue requirement is $3M USD.

The VIP membership and Patagonia experience are for entrepreneurs with well-established, larger companies with multiple staff. They have reached the 'first mountain' of financial/conventional success, and now have the luxury of being able to look ahead to their next mountain. Sustaining or growing their business is no longer a primary concern.

We know that if we can create a context and a journey to help these participants become happier, more purposeful and more fulfilled, the ripple effects on staff, customers, and families will be massive.

Basic swimming knowledge is a requirement because of the rafting. You will have a life jacket on so you don't have to be a strong swimmer, but you do need to know how to swim!

Other activities don't require prior experience or skill (we will split up according to experience/fitness levels), but you do need to be reasonably fit and an appetite for adventure is a must.

Our lodge has reliable wifi and a decent data connection, however we encourage you to go into full offline mode, leave your phone at home or in airplane mode, and savour the beauty of this incredible place and the incredible people you’ll share it with. If you absolutely have to stay in touch with your team or family, there is typically a couple of hours of downtime each day for checking email, etc...

Our lodge in Argentinian Patagonia is spectacular but intimate and has mostly shared accommodation (2/room). Sharing is with someone of the same gender and is a great way to forge a deep connection with a fellow explorer!

If you’re not OK with sharing*, then there are 2 single rooms available and you can opt for a single upgrade for a fee.

Yes! The cooking team can accommodate almost every dietary restriction.

You can and you should. Participating will undoubtedly result in business opportunities, connections, new revenue, and greater clarity.

If you need to cancel, then you have the option to transfer your spot to someone else, as long as they fulfill the criteria for joining. If we can find someone to fill your spot, we’ll give you a credit for the payments you have made to date, that you can use toward a future event
