The Alignment Scorecard
What is this nebulous thing called alignment?
Apparently I’ve deemed it important enough to devote a whole 6-month blog series, and much of my life, to it over the coming months.
Because I know how painful it can be to live a misaligned life, I want to help others find more alignment - and joy and meaning - in their lives.
To me, alignment means living a life in line with one's highest ideals, values, and aspirations.
It means one’s words, actions and thoughts are in line with those ideals, values, and aspirations.
It means living with authenticity in one’s work, relationships, and interactions.
It means not having to wear different masks or pretend to be someone one is not.
It means having the courage to be vulnerable and unabashedly real.
It's a journey, not a destination (I haven't arrived there yet).
How aligned do you feel? I encourage you to download the Alignment Scorecard and get your score - you’ll get your total score out of 100 and it will help you highlight which aspects of your company and life you may want to give more attention to.
