The Entrepreneur’s Compass is designed to help you find deep alignment with and within your business, implement systems and processes that will decrease your weekly hours worked, and increase your profitability (and, if desired, your revenue, although that’s not always necessary.

You'll get powerful coaching, but you’ll also be part of a small-group accountability and support program and system in a cohort with 4-5 other members. You’ll get the coaching and tools you need while also benefiting from the collective wisdom and accountability of your cohort.

Biweekly coaching calls (starting Jan. 2024, 15 calls over 30 weeks): a 60-minute call, every other week, outlining, in bite-sized, easily implementable pieces that build on each other, the full Wayfinders Edge system:
- Aligned: We start with Alignment, with exercises and small-group dialogues to help you get clear about the life you want to live, your soul’s desires, and how to design your company around those goals (or how to exit and start a new one if the current one is no longer tenable)
- Easy: Tools, processes and systems (from my Autopilot system, which I have coached hundreds of entrepreneurs through). You will see immediate results: an actual reduction in the hours you need to spend to run your business
- Appealing: Get hyper-clear on who your ideal and best customers are, and crafting an offer that is so appealing they can’t say no.
- Profitable: We’ll end by going deep on your financial model, pricing structure, and other aspects of your overall business model so that it’s set up for maximum profit.
Peer groups: Any coaching program is only as good as your ability to implement and execute. We’ll place you in a small-group accountability and support cohort with 4-5 other members so that you can benefit from the collective wisdom, support and accountability of your peers to help you implement the systems, tools, and frameworks, and be a sounding board for your challenges.
